I ordered the banquet burger and a garden salad for take-out today.
WOW! It was fantastic! A banquet burger is the first thing I try at any restaurant, a way for me to rate establishments.
The last time I had a burger this delicious, I had to travel an hour outside of Peterborough. I am so glad Sophia's Kitchen is around the corner from me. Affordable prices and flippin' delicious banquet burger! (I was too full to get to the salad, lol)!
And I can only assume that it was THE Sophia who rang us out. She was extremely delightful, as was the atmosphere. Thanks for the yummy in my tummy!
I hope this place is here to stay!
