I have used this company many times over the past year and was very happy with their quality of product and service at the beginning. It was on time, and although more expensive than others, I justified that I paid for the convenience, as to the location. However the more times I used them it seemed that they started taking advantage of my trust. They quoted a price for a solid one piece sign, and when I came to pick it up, it was a two piece sign. By the time it was placed where it was meant to be, the foil on the joints started to peel off, and the seam was very visible: definitively not what I asked for or was quoted on. Their explanation was that they couldn't get the one piece in the shop on time. They would not discount the price, even when I said that because the seam I will need to have it replaced in the spring and it will take a beating and look worse as time gone as by. Recently, I dropped off a brand new door and asked them to put etching on it. Not only the job was seveL days late completing to what I was promised originally, but they removed the plugs from the glass before they put the address on the glass and would not give it back. They claimed they didn't remove anything. I know better. So in a nutshell, if you are looking for a one time thing, they will be ok, although don't go by what they tell you with respect to the timeline. if however, like me, you want 'a partner', a company you can trust and depend on to take care of your needs and not start taking you for granted because they see you keep coming back, look for someone else as they are not the partner material.
