    To whom it may concern, I am sorry to have to write this e-mail but I felt I have to let you know how unbelievably Rude and un professional the Manager/Owner of the Peterborough location is. I have been buying from this store for the last 5 years, I have a small fleet of 6 vehicles I maintain on a rotating basis. I always call hot spot for pricing first because their prices are usually pretty good if they can get them that is. The biggest problem I can see with the Peterborough location is the bad attitude of the manager I believe his name is Mike. No one wants to be insulted and talked down to, he says he's a mechanic I say those that know do, and those that don't sell parts . I will walk out if he is the one on the counter and hang up the phone if he is the one that answers, on the other hand the young blond lady there is extremely friendly and super helpful she seems to understand her customers. I have witnessed first hand how this so called manager talks to his employees and all I can say is WOW!!! how do you keep any employees. So I suggest to people if you have to call Hot Spot Peterborough for parts ask for the young blonde girl if you would like a professional Hassel free experience. Other than that I tell them to go elsewhere if its the Bald Asshole at the counter.
