Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewId rate this zero if I could. Given the hours of operations doesn't include staff to help. As staff hours are shortened. But to use a washer loaded up with my soap and softener to find out the machine will not take any of the coins the site uses in their coin exchange machines. I lost my soap and softener. As I was finishing staff was just coming on to their shift. I politely told her I wished to tell her about a machine difficulty to be brushed off. Oh you just got to keep adding coin. Customer service telling me keep adding? Every sentence I tried to explain she cut me off, with saying I should be doing laundry when she is present... I will Not be using this place ever again. No apologies, she couldn't have listened to my complaint as she kept talking covid not help with mask. I am profoundly deaf, but I heard her talking over me. So I stopped. How dare I be told when to do laundry.
